Senior Mosaic Systems and Data Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Mosaic Systems and Data Analyst to join a major London borough delivering the Families First transformation programme within Children’s Services. This six‑month contract role will focus on configuring the Mosaic and Liquidlogic case‑management platforms, building dashboards and reports, and supporting testing and user adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Configure Mosaic workflows, forms, templates and Liquidlogic case‑management system to reflect social‑care practice.
• Translate operational requirements into system design and reporting solutions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, performance reports and data insights for frontline and strategic teams.
• Support testing, rollout and user adoption across multiple services.
• Collaborate with frontline staff, stakeholders and IT teams to drive system and process improvements.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience configuring Mosaic and Liquidlogic within Children’s Social Care or local authority environments.
• Ability to map operational processes to system workflows and reporting.
• Proven data and reporting skills, including dashboard creation and performance monitoring.
