Social Media Manager & Content Creator

About the role

TEKHI GLOBAL is a learning and advocacy platform covering menstrual and reproductive health, from menstruation to menopause, offering educational resources, digital content and community initiatives. It is hiring a full-time remote Social Media Manager & Content Creator to plan, produce and manage content across its social media channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run social media campaigns, and create posts, captions and short-form content.
• Optimize platforms for reach, engagement and community growth.
• Monitor trends related to menstruation, menopause and reproductive health, and engage with followers by responding to comments and messages.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders so that messaging stays consistent and inclusive.
• Track analytics, prepare performance reports and refine content strategies to support advocacy, education and brand visibility.

Required profile

• Demonstrated skills in social media marketing and optimization, including campaign planning and platform management.
• Strong communication and writing skills, able to write clear, inclusive content for diverse audiences.
• Experience in content strategy, such as planning content calendars and aligning content with organizational goals.
• Familiarity with reproductive and menstrual health topics, or willingness to learn them sensitively and accurately.
• Ability to work independently remotely, meet deadlines and collaborate with a distributed team.
• Prior experience in advocacy, education, health communication or nonprofits is an advantage; a degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, media, public health or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Social media tools and analytics platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Basic visual content tools such as Canva or similar.
