Supply Chain Specialist

About the role

The Supply Chain Specialist will lead all procurement activities for the operating company (OpCo). Working closely with the Global Shared Services Centre (GSSC) and the finance operations team, the role ensures compliance with GCSS guidelines while managing end‑to‑end local sourcing, from demand forecasting to purchase order execution.

Key responsibilities

• Execute procurement policies and procedures defined by Group Finco and GSSC.
• Manage local sourcing, vendor shortlisting, onboarding and regulatory compliance.
• Support the GSMCo in preparing RFPs, assessing quotes, and providing cost breakdowns.
• Handle purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and monitor open PO settlements with Finance.
• Track forecasts, inventory estimates and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.
• Provide inputs on resource deployment, redeployment or retirement for global and local categories.
• Maintain liaison with the Group Fintech Commercial Operations team as needed.

Required profile

• Individual contributor reporting to the Manager, Finance Operations.
• Experience coordinating procurement activities and collaborating with finance and operations teams.
• Ability to follow governance mechanisms and ensure policy compliance.
