System Administrator – User Support & Service (Wrocław)

About the role

The Court of Appeal in Wrocław is looking for a System Administrator to join the User Support and Service Section of its Computer Department, which functions as the Competence Center for Judiciary Informatization. The role involves maintaining and developing the IT infrastructure that supports multiple courts across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Windows, Windows Server (2019 and newer) and Linux operating systems.
• Manage virtual environments using Hyper‑V and VMware.
• Maintain application, file, database, mail, and storage servers.
• Configure and support Active Directory and related directory services.
• Monitor IT systems, diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents.
• Provide second‑line support and forward unresolved issues to external vendors.
• Install, configure and maintain hardware and system applications.
• Create and update documentation for tele‑information systems.

Required profile

• Higher education (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least two years of experience administering large Microsoft Windows Server environments.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory.
• Ability to work in a public‑sector environment serving multiple courts.
