我们正在寻找具备数字营销与DX咨询经验的Web战略顾问，帮助客户制定并实施互联网营销策略，提升业务增长与客户终身价值。
主要职责
- 深入了解客户需求，策划最适合的网络营销方案。
- 提供从广告投放到业务流程数字化的全链路咨询服务。
- 协助客户提升运营效率和LTV，实现高续约率。
任职要求
- 拥有数字营销或网络广告提案的工作经验。
- 具备3年以上企业级销售或数字广告运营经验。
- 能够灵活行动，主动解决问题。
必备技能
- 数字广告运营经验
我们提供
- 年薪384万日元（含固定加班费），月薪32万日元。
- 弹性工作制（核心时间：周一9:30‑14:30，周二‑周五11:00‑16:00）。
- 通勤补贴、住房补贴、书籍与培训补助、员工旅行等福利。
- 位于东京渋谷区的现代化办公环境。
