Work-from-Home French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

Join a global e‑commerce team as a French‑English Customer Support Representative working entirely from home. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them resolve issues and ensuring a positive experience in both French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in French and English.

Required profile

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
