Africa Finance Programme

About the role

The Africa Finance Programme is a 12‑month development journey designed for high‑potential finance professionals. Participants will rotate across key finance functions, work on real business challenges, and receive mentorship from senior finance leaders within Olam Agri.

Key responsibilities

• Complete rotations in Financial Planning & Analysis, Commercial Finance, Controlling, Treasury and Risk Management across various African markets.
• Deliver real‑world finance projects that support performance, risk management and value creation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and senior leaders to develop actionable financial insights.
• After the programme, join the Finance Talent Pool and be positioned for critical finance roles.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in finance or a related field.
• Professional certification such as ACCA, FMVA, DFCE, ICAN or equivalent.
• 3–4 years of experience in finance, audit or consulting.
• Fluency in English; French or Portuguese is a plus.
• Willingness to work across Africa, including remote locations.
