Content Creator / Social Media Manager

About the role

DiDreams, a brand strategy agency serving clients across multiple countries, is looking for a Content Creator / Social Media Manager to join its Douala office. You will be responsible for creating engaging visual and written content for a variety of sectors including EdTech, healthcare, real estate, and corporate training.

Key responsibilities

• Design graphics, carousels and branded assets using tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite or Figma.
• Shoot and edit short videos, reels and other visual content with both phone and professional cameras.
• Write compelling English and French captions that capture audience attention.
• Schedule and manage posts across all social media platforms.
• Monitor performance metrics and engage with online communities.

Required profile

• Based in Douala.
• Bilingual with written fluency in English and French.
• Reliable and able to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Canva and at least one professional design or editing tool (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, Figma).
• Ability to shoot, light and edit video content using a phone and a camera.
• Strong copywriting skills in both English and French.
