Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to own financial strategy and operations within a fast‑moving distribution and logistics environment. You will be responsible for cash flow, working capital, and inventory valuation while delivering actionable insights to commercial and procurement teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cash conversion cycle management and optimise working capital.
• Oversee inventory control and landed‑cost calculations to protect profitability.
• Prepare and analyse monthly P&L, balance sheets and cash‑flow statements, delivering insights beyond the numbers.
• Partner with sales and procurement to support pricing, supplier contracts and commercial decision‑making.
• Maintain and optimise ERP systems for real‑time financial reporting and margin tracking.

Required profile

• Professional accounting designation (e.g., ACCA).
• Minimum 5 years of finance management experience.
• Proficiency with ERP platforms and data‑visualisation tools.
