About the role

The company is looking for a Client Relations Manager to drive sales in the premium design segment. You will work directly with new, warm, and dormant customers, handling inquiries and guiding them through the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Contact new and existing clients via phone and follow up with warm or dormant leads.
• Process leads, requests, and contacts using the Bitrix‑based CRM and 1C systems.
• Prepare technical calculations for projects, conduct meetings, select materials, and manage order processing.

Required profile

• At least 1.5 years of experience in sales.
• Strong communication, self‑organization, and a friendly, responsible attitude.
• Interest in the design sector.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Bitrix CRM.
• Experience using 1C accounting software.
