Production Technologist

About the role

We are looking for a Production Technologist to join our Oilfield Services team. You will apply state‑of‑the‑art production technology to multi‑disciplinary projects, helping clients improve the efficiency and reliability of their energy extraction assets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide segment‑related analysis using advanced techniques to deliver best‑in‑class solutions.
• Lead analytical and design activities, employing proven technologies and methodologies.
• Work both independently and within diversified, cross‑functional teams.
• Write and present industry papers, technical publications, and brief senior leaders on technology integration.
• Act as a primary customer contact for specific products or services and understand market size and challenges.
• Serve as the local focal point for development, implementation, or optimisation of deliverables, services, or processes.
• Assist in authoring training content and delivering internal training courses.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (Master’s or Doctorate is a plus).
• At least 10 years of experience in engineering/technology, preferably in geoservices, subsurface, petroleum, or production engineering.
• Strong knowledge of production technology or petroleum engineering concepts and the ability to discuss applications with clients.
• Experience across multiple petroleum basins and an understanding of their geological and reservoir complexities.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent English.
