Recruiter Specialist – End‑to‑End Hiring

About the role

PT ODG Indonesia is seeking a Recruiter Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring the company attracts qualified talent that meets its operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end‑to‑end recruitment and selection activities for various positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define manpower needs and job specifications.
• Post vacancies on social media and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Glints, Jobstreet, and Karir.com.
• Source, screen CVs, and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules, tests, and medical checks.
• Prepare candidate review reports and recommendations.
• Facilitate new‑hire induction and ensure office setup (desk, computer, stationery).
• Handle BPJS Kesehatan registration and related documentation.
• Draft employment contracts, management evaluations, and maintain HRIS records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Law or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Officer or Recruitment Officer, preferably in contractor, MEP, manufacturing, or oil & gas sectors.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
