Sales & Marketing Executive (Chinese Desk)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our Chinese Desk in Yangon. The role focuses on driving growth by securing major accounts, managing corporate clients, and using fluent Mandarin to streamline shipping operations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
• Arrange meetings with prospects, understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
• Prepare and present sales, revenue and expense reports to management.
• Coordinate post‑booking activities with the Operations team and share confirmations via Excel.
• Track shipments from origin to delivery, resolving any customer or operational issues.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports using Excel.
• Lead daily marketing meetings with the Head of Department and collaborate with team members to achieve targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum three years’ experience in logistics, freight forwarding or shipping.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (speaking, reading, writing) and English.
• Strong negotiation, communication and sales techniques.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Age around 25 years, not older than that.
• Border‑logistics experience is a plus.
