Shop Floor Sales Associate

About the role

We are seeking a flexible, hardworking, and sales‑oriented Shop Floor Staff member to join our client’s team in Douala. The successful candidate will help create a welcoming shopping environment, assist customers throughout their purchase journey, and support daily store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Set up the shop each day, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
• Welcome customers, guide product selection, make recommendations, and actively upsell.
• Assist customers during payment, checkout, and post‑sale support, escorting them as needed.
• Manage stock by conducting regular inventory checks, receiving and verifying deliveries, and arranging merchandise.

Required profile

• Hardworking and self‑motivated with a customer‑first attitude.
• Sales‑oriented, flexible, and adaptable to daily tasks.
• Previous retail or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Preferred age range: mid‑20s to early‑30s.
