Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative to join our growing e‑commerce team. In this fully remote position you will assist French‑speaking customers via phone and live chat, turning inquiries and issues into positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly support in both French and English through calls and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve order, product, and technical issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Document all interactions accurately in our support platform.
• Identify recurring problems and share insights to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and peers to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Calm under pressure and focused on delivering solutions.
• Reliable internet connection (≥25 Mbps) and a quiet workspace.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar help‑desk tools.
• Familiarity with Shopify and general e‑commerce platforms.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
