About the role

TalentPop is seeking a French‑English bilingual specialist to deliver non‑voice customer support in a fully remote setting. You will interact with customers through chat and email, ensuring their inquiries are resolved quickly and professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous support via chat and email in both French and English.
• Assist customers with order questions, general concerns, and product information.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver clear, accurate solutions.
• Document all interactions and maintain precise records.

Required profile

• Fluent written and reading comprehension in French and English.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service (e‑commerce experience a plus).
• Strong written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
