About the role
We are looking for a results‑driven Sales Representative to join our hospitality team in Yaoundé. The successful candidate will generate new business, nurture existing client relationships, and support revenue growth for our hotel and related services.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients, event planners, travel agencies, and long‑stay guests.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business.
- Conduct sales presentations, site inspections, and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials and sales campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 1‑2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in hotels, restaurants, or event‑based businesses.
- Background in hotel management or hospitality sales.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Residency in Yaoundé or willingness to relocate.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

What we offer
- Competitive salary ranging from 100,000 to 105,000 XAF per month.
