About the role
We are looking for a dynamic, results‑oriented Sales Representative to promote our client’s print production services. The role focuses on generating new business and nurturing existing relationships with hotels, restaurants, event venues and other enterprises across Douala and the wider Cameroon market.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new clients within Douala and beyond.
- Present and promote print production solutions to potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting customer relationships.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (Licence) in Sales, Marketing, Commerce or a related field.
- 2‑3 years of proven sales experience.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and spoken).
- Cameroonian nationality, aged between 25 and 35 years.

What we offer
- Base salary of 120,000 XAF per month, with commission‑based earnings potential.
- Full‑time, permanent contract.
- Opportunity to work in a growing print production sector serving hospitality and event markets.
