About the role

As Coface expands its Business Information footprint in Africa, we are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to build our sales pipeline and support growth. You will qualify leads, prospect new clients, and promote our Business Information solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and implement commercial strategies aligned with market trends.
  • Actively prospect new clients through calls, networks, events, and partnerships.
  • Conduct needs analysis to tailor Business Information solutions to local market expectations.
  • Promote URBA360 and the Quality Label financial excellence certification.
  • Monitor performance, negotiate contracts, track customer satisfaction, and report results.
  • Analyze competitor actions and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Utilize Coface digital tools (Icon/URBA, Broker Portal, EL Portal, Cofanet, EDM) for sales activities.
  • Ensure KPI achievement and streamline integration of commercial information.

Required profile

  • 3 to 5 years of B2B sales development or business development experience.
  • Strong commitment to relationship building and excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and match them with appropriate solutions.
  • Highly motivated, tenacious, proactive, and result‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with Excel for reporting and analysis.
  • Experience using Coface platforms: Icon/URBA, Broker Portal, EL Portal, Cofanet, EDM.
