Space Applications Expert, Satellite Navigation & Connectivity

About the role

NTU International is preparing a proposal for the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme (AESPP Boost) and seeks a Non‑Key Expert to support satellite navigation, GNSS, augmentation systems and satellite connectivity activities across Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Support activities related to satellite navigation, GNSS and augmentation systems.
• Promote the development and uptake of satellite‑based connectivity applications across African markets.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in engineering, telecommunications, aeronautics, geomatics or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in satellite navigation, telecommunications, satellite connectivity or related applications.
• At least 4 years of experience with satellite‑navigation or connectivity applications, including GNSS, SBAS, aviation, maritime or satellite broadband.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.

Required skills

• Satellite navigation technologies (GNSS, SBAS).
• Knowledge of Galileo, EGNOS and IRIS² systems.
• Experience with satellite broadband connectivity.
• Background in aviation or maritime application of satellite services.
