About the role
Rothoblaas is seeking a Technical Sales Consultant to introduce its innovative timber construction and fall‑protection solutions to the Cameroonian market. You will act as the face of the brand, building relationships with architects, carpenters, retailers and safety specialists.
Key responsibilities
- Network extensively by attending industry events, visiting companies and representing the brand in a developing market.
- Organise and lead site visits, product presentations and training sessions for potential clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, from architects to safety specialists.
- Provide expert technical advice on timber construction, passive‑house buildings and safety systems.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the local market.
Required profile
- Holder of a valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel frequently.
- Adaptable, dynamic and comfortable building a business from scratch.
- Technical enthusiast, preferably with a background in timber construction or engineering.
- Motivated junior sales talent, proactive, curious and eager to learn.
- Fluent in English and French.
Required skills
- Knowledge of timber construction principles.
- Engineering background or related technical education.
- Understanding of passive‑house building concepts.
- Familiarity with safety and fall‑protection systems.
