Agent & Distribution Admin Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Agent & Distribution Administrative Manager to provide essential administrative support to our Agent Operations team. Reporting to the Country Launcher, you will oversee a growing team of administrative officers and ensure smooth agent management, reporting, and supply logistics across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Support the agent and user operations team from the head office.
• Recruit, manage, and ensure compliance of agent teams with internal policies.
• Develop and enforce procedures for tracking, reporting, and addressing agent issues.
• Manage requesting, dispatching, and tracking of agent‑related supplies and merchandising material.
• Lead a team of administrative officers involved in agent operations activities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date contracts across systems and coordinate renewal or termination with regional managers.
• Act as custodian of regional data, providing accurate analysis and performance forecasting.
• Oversee payroll and contracts for interim staff and support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Provide basic training on agent‑admin topics to field teams and coordinate agent communication and training.

Required profile

• Excellent multitasker with strong organizational abilities.
• Experience managing administrative or operations teams.
• Ability to develop and enforce processes and procedures.
• Strong analytical mindset for data reporting and forecasting.
• Effective communication skills for training and coordination across regions.
