Multilingual AI Operations Assistant (Human-in-the-Loop)

About the role

We are seeking a Multilingual AI Operations Assistant to work alongside advanced AI systems, providing human judgment for complex tasks across English, French, and German. This remote, full‑time position offers the chance to be part of a cutting‑edge platform that blends automation with human expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Execute tasks routed from the AI system that require human decision‑making.
• Process online purchases, e‑commerce transactions, and form submissions with high accuracy.
• Make restaurant reservations, flight bookings, and travel arrangements via digital tools and phone calls in three languages.
• Complete visa applications and other complex documentation.
• Maintain smooth handoffs between AI and human workflows.
• Perform assorted administrative duties as directed by the AI workflow engine.

Required profile

• Native‑level proficiency in French (mandatory) and German (preferred).
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience in virtual assistance, administrative support, or customer service.
• Comfortable making phone calls in all three languages to vendors and service providers.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and a professional home office setup.
• Availability to work UK morning hours (8 AM–4 PM GMT) on a consistent schedule.

Required skills

• Proficiency with online booking platforms, e‑commerce sites, and form‑completion tools.
• Familiarity with AI workflow or automation tools (bonus).
• Knowledge of European travel and reservation systems (bonus).
