Assistant Estates Manager

About the role

Trustgreen is seeking an ambitious Assistant Estates Manager to support the Estates Manager in overseeing a portfolio of open space sites. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in estates and open‑space management while working alongside seasoned professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Estates Manager with day‑to‑day management of assigned estates.
• Travel to regional sites to conduct inspections and liaise with stakeholders.
• Support the planning, monitoring and improvement of open‑space maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting on estate performance.
• Contribute to customer‑service initiatives and community engagement activities.

Required profile

• Positive, organised and enthusiastic with a genuine interest in green spaces and communities.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills in estates management.
• Reliable, open to guidance and able to work independently when required.
• Full driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.

Required skills

• Good written and verbal communication.
• Basic IT proficiency, particularly Microsoft Office.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
