Associate MLE – Field Operations Support (6‑month contract)

About the role

Evidence Action Cameroon is seeking an Associate Monitoring, Evaluation (MLE) professional to support field operations for a six‑month period. The role focuses on ensuring high‑quality data collection, timely reporting, and continuous improvement of health program monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development, review, and field‑testing of Continuous Flow Survey (CFS) data collection tools.
• Coordinate CFS planning and logistics with program, field, and government teams.
• Manage field‑level CFS data collection activities, including deployment and supervision of data collectors.
• Conduct real‑time data quality checks to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
• Oversee data entry and monthly DHIS2 reporting.
• Maintain coordination with the Programs team, Ministry of Health, and MA Santé to ensure smooth operations.
