About the role

We are looking for a bilingual (French/English) Sales & Appointment Setting Coordinator to support our growing cleaning‑services business. Working remotely, you will generate leads, schedule appointments, and maintain client communications to help expand our customer base.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective leads and generate interest in cleaning services.
  • Follow up with prospects, nurture leads, and support the sales pipeline.
  • Schedule appointments and manage client calendars efficiently.
  • Coordinate bookings, maintain organized scheduling records, and provide general administrative support.
  • Maintain accurate client information and interaction notes within the company’s custom admin dashboard.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives and ensure consistent brand representation.
  • Track lead‑generation activity, report outcomes, and communicate performance to business owners.

Required profile

  • Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written).
  • Proven experience in sales, lead generation, customer service, or client‑facing roles.
  • Strong phone communication and relationship‑building abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Comfortable learning and adapting to proprietary software systems.

Required skills

  • Familiarity with CRM or scheduling platforms.
