About the role

ANYKINDTIN is offering a three‑month, full‑time Business Operations Internship in Douala. The program is hybrid, paid, and includes mentorship, structured training, and hands‑on experience across three distinct tracks.

Key responsibilities

• Support import operations, procurement, and supplier communication.
• Assist with customs documentation, tracking records, and market research.
• Participate in one of three tracks: Import Commerce, Content Creation, or Member Experience.
• For the Import Commerce track, help run Saturday import clinics and drive client acquisition.
• For the Content track, produce reels and multimedia content about importing from China.
• For the Member Experience track, manage WhatsApp communities, process orders, and update shipment records.

Required profile

• Bilingual French/English is a strong advantage, especially for Tracks 1 and 3.
• Detail‑oriented, reliable, and eager to learn logistics and e‑commerce.
• Comfortable with on‑camera presentation (Content track) and community management (Member Experience track).
