Category D Driver – Douala & Nkoteng

About the role

G4S Cameroon is seeking experienced Category D drivers to operate in Douala and Nkoteng. The role involves transporting passengers or goods while ensuring safety, punctuality, and high‑level customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Drive vehicles requiring a Category D licence on assigned routes in Douala, Nkoteng and surrounding areas.
• Perform pre‑trip inspections and minor roadside repairs, focusing on diesel engine maintenance.
• Navigate major urban routes, especially in Douala (Bell and Akwa) and Yaoundé, ensuring timely arrivals.
• Provide professional and discreet service to VIPs, executives, or large passenger groups.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional driving experience with a valid Category D licence.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of automotive mechanics and diesel maintenance.
• Excellent knowledge of urban routes in Douala and Yaoundé.
• High professionalism, discretion, and ability to interact with senior clients.
• Fluency in French; English is an advantage.
