Commercial Project Manager – Onsite Required

About the role

The Commercial Project Manager will lead designated customer projects for PCI Pharma Services, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure project goals are met on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. This onsite role requires close collaboration with customers, internal teams, and external partners to deliver high‑quality solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall program delivery using appropriate project planning tools, tracking milestones and critical path activities.
• Serve as the primary customer liaison for timeline, budget, expectations, and general inquiries.
• Support Business Development by reviewing quotes and proposals for accuracy.
• Assist with customer supply agreements and ensure compliance with purchasing authorizations.
• Lead project team and technical kick‑off meetings, and facilitate quarterly business reviews.
• Forecast and control project expenses, generate invoices, and manage billing documentation.
• Review and approve packaging specifications, providing design suggestions when needed.
• Coach, mentor, and supervise Associate Project Managers.
• Conduct lessons‑learned sessions to capture best practices and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end customer projects in a regulated environment.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze contribution and gross margins and meet budgetary objectives.
• Leadership capability to guide project teams and mentor junior staff.
• Willingness to work overtime or weekends as project demands require.
