About the role

The Dean of Students is the primary authority responsible for maintaining a safe, orderly, and disciplined campus environment. This role enforces attendance, punctuality, uniform, and behaviour policies while fostering a culture of accountability and respect.

Key responsibilities

• Arrive by 6:30 AM to secure the campus perimeter and prepare for student arrival.
• Monitor entrances, enforce punctuality, process late arrivals, and apply disciplinary actions.
• Ensure uniform compliance before students enter classrooms.
• Act as the chief disciplinarian, addressing infractions, investigating incidents, documenting actions, and communicating with parents/guardians.
• Maintain detailed behavioural logs and report recurring issues to the School Director.
• Patrol hallways, cafeterias, courtyards, and restrooms during transitions to prevent loitering and misconduct.
• Supervise dismissal, remain on site until 6:30 PM, and perform a final sweep before locking facilities.

Required profile

• Proven background in education administration, campus security, military, law enforcement, or youth behavioural management.
• Authoritative yet fair presence with the ability to command respect.
• Excellent conflict de‑escalation and crisis‑management abilities.
• Exceptional punctuality, physical stamina, and reliability.
• Clear, firm communication skills for interacting with students, staff, and parents.
