About the role

Chris Complex LLC is looking for a disciplined and reliable professional to support Executive Stays operations and supervise weekend activities for selected business units. The role combines apartment readiness inspections, cleanliness reporting, guest follow‑up, and on‑site supervision of the Star Laverie car wash.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect apartments before guest arrivals and report any cleanliness or maintenance issues immediately.
• Assist with simple guest operational follow‑up and alert management to urgent problems.
• Monitor Star Laverie car wash operations during assigned weekends, checking cleanliness, discipline, and customer handling.
• Document low activity, negligence, or suspicious situations with photos or notes.
• Submit regular reports, remain reachable during working periods, and escalate urgent issues promptly.

Required profile

• Honest, responsible and dependable, especially on weekends.
• Observant, disciplined and able to identify problems quickly.
• Strong focus on cleanliness, presentation and professional customer service.
• Comfortable with operational supervision in a hospitality or small‑business environment.
