French Bilingual Customer Support Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual Customer Support Representative to join our fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, handling inbound calls, live chat and email while delivering friendly, efficient service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide top‑tier support in French and English via voice, chat and email.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and deliver effective resolutions.
• Build strong relationships through clear, empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms.
• Knowledge of Shopify or comparable e‑commerce systems.
• Use of CRM tools for managing customer interactions.
