French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global e‑commerce team. You will interact with customers from Spanish‑speaking regions via phone and live chat, delivering friendly, accurate assistance in both French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely support through voice calls and live chat, handling inquiries, order tracking, product explanations, and issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot problems step‑by‑step and document each interaction in our CRM system.
• Identify recurring trends, share feedback, and contribute to process improvements.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and updates.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, patience, and empathy.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments and CRM tools.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support platforms.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
