French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global team. In this remote position you will assist customers from French‑ and English‑speaking regions via phone and live chat, delivering friendly and professional service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, guiding them step‑by‑step to resolution.
• Log all interactions in the ticketing system and maintain detailed records.
• Identify trends, share feedback, and help improve support processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and product updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
