French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. In this position you will be the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering assistance via phone and live chat while helping to build confidence in our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English across voice calls and live chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions.
• Document every interaction accurately to ensure continuity of service.
• Gather and share customer feedback to improve processes and products.
• Collaborate with remote teammates, aligning on goals and priorities.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact‑center environment.
• Patient, detail‑oriented, and motivated to help customers.
• Ability to work independently while communicating clearly with a distributed team.

Required skills

• Familiarity with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
