French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual professional to join our fully remote customer service team. You will act as the primary point of contact for French‑speaking customers, delivering friendly and effective support through voice calls and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous assistance in both French and English, addressing a wide range of customer inquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues calmly and deliver clear, actionable solutions.
• Document every interaction accurately in our support system.
• Share customer feedback to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with remote teammates to stay aligned on goals and priorities.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact‑center environment.
• Patient, detail‑oriented, and motivated to help customers.
• Ability to work independently while communicating clearly with a distributed team.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify support platforms.
