French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are seeking a French‑English bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. You will act as a trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering clear information and solutions via phone and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English, handling a wide range of customer inquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and calmly deliver effective resolutions.

Required profile

• Complete fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• At least 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact centre.

• Ability to work independently while communicating clearly with a distributed team.

Required skills

• Familiarity with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
