HR Operations Lead

About the role

We are looking for an HR Operations Lead to join our Human Resources team. The role will be responsible for overseeing daily HR operations, ensuring that all processes meet business requirements and internal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously improve HR policies, procedures and SOPs.
• Manage the employee lifecycle, enhancing onboarding, off‑boarding, development and leave processes.
• Oversee temporary workforce management and maintain relationships with placement agencies.
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends in headcount, costs, turnover and other employee metrics.
• Drive local learning and development initiatives to strengthen organizational capacity.
• Provide local support for the Regional Centre of Expertise – Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources Management.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in an industrial or multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of Cameroon employment legislation, HR policies and organizational development.
• Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent time‑management, prioritisation, analytical, communication and relationship‑management abilities.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on operational excellence.
