About the role

Join Morrison Healthcare as an Inpatient Dietitian at Miami Valley Medical Center in Dayton, OH. In this hybrid position you will deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy and nutrition education to acute‑care patients while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to improve health outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and create individualized care plans for hospitalized patients.
• Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy, counseling, and education to patients, families, staff, and the community.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians to integrate nutrition interventions into overall treatment plans.
• Apply evidence‑based practice and stay current with the latest nutrition research.
• Participate in rotating weekend shifts and maintain a hybrid schedule (four days onsite, one day remote).

Required profile

• Registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (RDN) or eligible.
• Experience in an acute‑care or inpatient setting is preferred.
• Willingness to work a rotating weekend schedule.
• Ability to work both onsite and remotely according to the hybrid model.
