Junior Full-Stack Web Developer & Digital Marketing Assistant

About the role

BM'WINGS Interactive is seeking a motivated junior professional to split time between full‑stack web development (70%) and digital marketing support (30%). You will work on real client projects from the second month, receive structured training, and have a clear path toward certification.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain websites and web applications using PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and WordPress.
• Write effective prompts for AI‑assisted development tools such as Claude (Anthropic), ChatGPT/Codex and Gemini.
• Integrate Google Cloud Platform APIs (e.g., reCAPTCHA, Maps) and support basic AWS (S3, IAM, EC2, VPC) and Azure (Active Directory, Virtual Machines) operations.
• Manage databases, including MySQL, Microsoft Access and Excel, and implement third‑party APIs (BREVO, SMTP2go, IPGeolocation, Cloudflare Turnstile, etc.).
• Create, run and analyse Meta (Facebook) ad campaigns via Meta Business Suite and apply SEO best practices to client sites.
• Support Google Ads campaigns, produce marketing visuals with Canva or Photoshop, and assist sales using CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot).
• Communicate daily with team and clients through Slack, Microsoft Teams and Outlook, documenting progress and reporting.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of web development experience (maximum 7 years).
• Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, WordPress and basic JavaScript.
• Demonstrated ability to craft prompts for Claude (Anthropic) and familiarity with ChatGPT or Gemini.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Business Suite for ad creation and performance analysis.
• Solid understanding of SEO techniques.
• Native‑level English and professional French (reading, writing, speaking).
