Junior Service Delivery Analyst (Temporary)

About the role

The World Bank’s Information and Technology Solutions (ITS) unit is seeking a Junior Service Delivery Analyst on a temporary, one‑year contract in Yaounde, Cameroon. The role supports the delivery of information and technology services to World Bank staff across more than 150 locations, helping the organization achieve its mission of ending extreme poverty and promoting shared prosperity.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of IT service delivery processes.
• Support the ITS team in providing technology solutions to internal clients.
• Help gather and analyse service performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely resolution of service incidents.
• Contribute to documentation and reporting of service delivery activities.

Required profile

• Junior‑level candidate, preferably with a recent degree in information technology, computer science or a related field.
• Fluent in English; French language skills are a plus.
• Available for a one‑year fixed‑term contract based in Yaounde.
