Manager - Key Account Management Public Sector

About the role

MTN Cameroon is seeking a seasoned Manager to lead Key Account Management for the public sector within its Enterprise Business Unit. The role focuses on driving strategic relationships, delivering tailored solutions, and ensuring the achievement of business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating sub‑divisional strategy aligned with divisional goals and ensure its effective implementation.
• Source, induct, and manage talent in compliance with legislative guidelines.
• Define roles, set individual goals, and establish KPIs for the team.
• Provide regular performance feedback and conduct performance reviews.
• Develop and execute training plans to upskill team members.
• Promote a partnership approach with internal groups and ensure adherence to Group governance.
• Lead cross‑functional meetings, contribute technical expertise, and monitor performance dashboards.
• Participate in strategic, operational, and tactical meetings, offering input on projects, policy changes, and escalation management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading teams and managing public‑sector accounts.
• Strong understanding of strategic planning and execution.
• Excellent communication and change‑management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple divisions.
