Night Shift Duty Manager – Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Night Shift Duty Manager to lead all operations during the evening hours at a premium hospitality venue. The role ensures seamless coordination between kitchen, bar, service and entertainment teams while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead night‑shift activities, conduct pre‑shift briefings and assign service zones.
• Monitor service quality, guest flow, ambience and staff professionalism on the floor.
• Welcome VIP guests, resolve complaints and minimise service delays.
• Control revenue by supervising POS activity, preventing leakages and validating cash reconciliation.
• Manage security incidents, guest disputes and enforce house rules.
• Oversee entertainment elements such as music, lighting and temperature to match brand standards.
• Track inventory usage, flag anomalies and report stock issues.
• Supervise closing procedures, financial reconciliation and site security.
• Prepare daily night‑operation reports covering sales, incidents and staffing.
• Act as first responder for facility issues, coordinating immediate fixes.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in hospitality operations, preferably in premium or high‑volume environments.
• Strong leadership, integrity and a zero‑tolerance attitude toward leakages.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Facility troubleshooting and service continuity management.
