Part‑time Community Manager (Hybrid)

About the role

The Community Manager will support the COLI 237 APP team in Yaoundé, working part‑time with a hybrid schedule that combines office presence and remote work. You will be the main point of contact for both online and offline users, fostering a vibrant community, answering questions, and turning feedback into actionable improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule content across social media platforms, forums and messaging apps.
• Moderate discussions, respond to user inquiries, and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
• Organise virtual and physical community events or meet‑ups.
• Collect user insights and sentiment, analyse engagement metrics and prepare concise reports for product and marketing teams.
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing and support teams to align community activities with app development goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in community management, social media engagement or user support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities, able to juggle multiple conversations and tasks.
• Analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret data and present clear insights.
