Presales Manager – Cybersecurity Solutions

About the role

The Presales Manager will provide technical pre‑sales support to customers, translating their security requirements into viable solutions from Kaspersky’s product portfolio. You will work closely with the sales team and channel partners to demonstrate expertise, conduct proofs of concept, and help win competitive deals.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technology advisor for key accounts, aligning customer priorities with Kaspersky’s security vision.
• Conduct PoC and PoV engagements for Kaspersky products and services.
• Deliver product demonstrations at customer sites and industry events.
• Support sales during RFP stages, preparing technical proposals, BOMs, and specifications.
• Create territory‑specific presales materials, including tailored technical presentations.
• Coach and develop technical teams of Enterprise+ partners to improve product knowledge and sales capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science (IT or security certifications are a plus).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the IT industry, including at least 1 year in information security.
• Strong understanding of local cybersecurity regulations.
• Native‑level French and upper‑intermediate English communication skills.
• Proven ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and adapt to changing customer needs.
