Remote CMS Developer – Build Custom Web Solutions

About the role

We are seeking an experienced CMS Developer to design, develop, and maintain custom Content Management System applications remotely. You will translate mockups into responsive, secure web experiences while collaborating with designers and content teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create, manage, and scale customized CMS applications (WordPress, Drupal, Craft CMS, Magento).
• Build custom themes, modules, and plugins from scratch.
• Implement responsive designs, ensure cross‑browser compatibility, and optimise performance.
• Set up custom post types and fields for non‑technical editors.
• Maintain site security, backups, and regular software updates.
• Apply technical SEO best practices and integrate third‑party APIs, CRM systems, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, back‑end developers, and content stakeholders.
• Document code and technical decisions for future reference.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of software development focused on CMS technologies.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and attention to design detail.
