Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, bilingual professional to join our remote team as a French‑English Customer Support Representative. In this role you will interact with customers from French‑speaking regions via phone and live chat, helping them resolve issues, track orders, and understand our products.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, courteous support in both French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer problems with a solutions‑first mindset.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent verbal and written French and English.

• Comfortable working from a quiet, dedicated home workspace.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms and CRM systems.
