Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a remote French‑English bilingual customer support representative to assist our global shoppers. You will handle inbound calls and live‑chat inquiries, turning issues into positive experiences while representing our brand with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly assistance in French and English via phone and chat.
• Troubleshoot order, product and technical issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Document every interaction accurately in our support system.
• Identify recurring trends and relay feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and peers to stay aligned on priorities.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support platforms.
• Proficiency with CRM systems.
