Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, turning their questions into positive experiences while helping them navigate technical or order‑related issues.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email, and phone.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to resolve technical, order, or account issues.
• Maintain accurate records of each interaction in our CRM system.
• Share customer feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a supportive remote team to ensure consistent service quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar customer‑service platforms.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM systems.
