Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

Join a global, fully remote team as a French‑English Customer Support Representative. You will interact with customers in both languages, turning inquiries into positive experiences while helping them solve technical or order‑related issues.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions in French and English via chat, email, and phone.

Required profile

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support platforms (preferred).
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM systems (preferred).
